Peter started his career as a Software Developer and soon progressed to be responsible for managing teams of Software Developers, ERP Consultants & Business Development Managers.
Peter believes that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to ERP solutions. Every client is different, so are their business needs. Peter encourages the team to invest time in understanding and assessing businesses so as to create unique solutions specific to their needs.
Shadi believes in empowering the team to lead & be challenged and enabling their talent with the help of software technology.
A degree in Accounting and Computer Science and 20 years of experience in ERP Implementations, Business Development, Project Management, System Analysis, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Tailored Software Development and Organisational Process and Efficiency have given him the expertise to help any business get the best out of their chosen system.
Shadi loves spending time with wife Riehana and four kids, and enjoys spiritual awareness, community involvement and networking with like-minded professionals.
Originally from Sri Lanka, Nayane holds a Master’s degree in IT and is a certified Project Management Professional from PMI – USA.
Nayane joined Alphabiz in November 2015 and brings over 23 years of diverse experience managing ERP, CRM, software development and process management projects in Asia, Europe and the US.
Nayane started his career as a software developer and soon progressed to lead software development, technical support and services teams.
Nayane takes a keen interest in the subject of the human mind. He loves giving back to the community and is inspired by those who work with kindness and compassion for the betterment of others.
Dionne started her career in Accounting Software in 1995 when she helped implement Sybiz Vision at the company she was working for, when she was just 15.
Over these, years Dionne has gained extensive consulting experience in a range of payroll and accounting programs, working across a variety of industry.
Dionne‘s strong accounting knowledge, eye for detail and analytical skills give her the ability to quickly identify areas of improvement within the business when implementing a new system.
As a Senior Business Consultant at Alphabiz, Dionne’s primary job is to work closely with the clients to identify their needs and understand their expectation so as to offer the most suitable solution.
Dionne enjoys her free time with her family and friends, and loves travelling, dancing and playing sports.
Klaus is one of the founding members of AlphaBiz Solutions and a key contributor to the growth of the company.
With over 30 years of Accounting and IT experience in a variety of roles, Klaus has worked for companies like WA Tourism, Rally Management Systems and Handisoft Software.
Klaus specialises in Sybiz, MYOB, and Microsoft Excel report writing using software like Crystal Reports, DevExpress, Alchemex BIC, Microsoft SQL databases and FoxPro.
When not working, Klaus enjoys gardening and spending time with his family and his ageing father.
Joanna is a qualified CPA with over 10 years’ experience in financial accounting with extensive exposure to salary packaging and FBT in the fleet management industry. Her accounting background gives her the advantage of a better understanding of the client’s systems and their needs.
Joanna brings in her strong business, technical and customer service skills that help her perform consistently, even under pressure and in different team environments.
In her free time, Joanna loves to be around her two lovely dachshunds, Maxi & Cookie.
Devi first joined AlphaBiz Solutions in 2009 before going on a sabbatical in 2013. After a brief reprise in 2015, Devi returned to the team as a Business Consultant.
Growing up in a business family, Devi understands how challenging it can get for businesses without proper technical, managerial and scientific support. This is why her focus, at Alphabiz, is on providing on-going support to the clients to help them run the business smoothly.
Devi is passionate about helping others and wants to use her passion to help clients find the right solutions for their business.
After a bachelor degree in electronics engineering and a masters degree in embedded systems, Shane started his career as a Software Developer in Singapore.
Shane brings in over 10 years of consulting and project management experience working on various software solutions. He is also ITIL and PRINCE2 certified.
Shane returned to AphaBiz in February 2019 as a Business System Consultants, after spending 2 years in Singapore. He uses his extensive knowledge on MYOB Advance to help clients realise its potential for their business.
In his free time, Shane loves playing soccer and basketball and spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters.

Originally from Kenya, Anish and his wife, Mili, moved to Perth in 2011.
Anish is a Chartered Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He joined Alphabiz in Jan 2018 and brings over 15 years of public practice and commercial sector experience.
In his career, Anish has audited a diverse range of clients including foreign controlled entities, owner managed businesses and listed companies, giving him a broad base of knowledge and expertise.
He is passionate about helping businesses discover and grow by identifying the best solutions for their specific needs.
Anish enjoys the sunny weather of Perth and likes spending his day off outdoors.
Originally from Iran, Sam studied accounting as part of his undergraduate course. Sam moved to Australia in 2009 where he completed his MBA in Accounting from Curtin University.
Sam joined AlphaBiz Solutions in 2017 and brings in his vast accounting knowledge and diverse experience.
At Alphabiz, Sam’s focus is on improving efficiency in areas like business processes and payroll. He believes the key to success is to continuously look for better ways to do things.
Sam enjoys soaking up nature and is a passionate kayaker. He is getting ready for his second paddle and power dinghy river race- Avon Descent.
Craig studied mechanical engineering as part of his undergraduate course and is pursuing a Master of Professional Engineering.
He joined Alphabiz in 2016 and brings over 2 years of experience in developing business applications.
At Alphabiz, Craig specialises in automating repetitive processes and writing bespoke software to extend the capability of default solutions so as to meet specific business requirements.
Craig is an avid dog walker and an occasional violinist.
Our friendly face at the front desk, Jacqui joined AlphaBiz Solutions in 2016.
She started her career with the retail industry where she gets her customer service skills from.
At Alphabiz, Jacqui is responsible for all office procedures and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. In addition, she looks at software licencing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and monthly billing.
Jacqui is studying towards a Diploma in accounting to gain a professional degree and a better understanding of her role at Alphabiz.
Outside of work, Jacqui enjoys music and singing, a love that grew from growing up in church.
Maryam studied IT and finance at Edith Cowan University, WA.
In 2014 Maryam had rung the Alphabiz helpdesk to seek help with her software when she found out about a job opportunity and jumped right in. After a year of maternity leave in 2015, Maryam returned to the team in 2016.
Maryam's knowledge and deep understanding of the software help her provide unparalleled support to the clients.
Maryam loves cooking, baking and takes a keen interest in interior decoration.
